Today I went to True Food Kitchen for lunch, which is always a yummy, healthy, and affordable option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I always get the turkey wrap for lunch and dinner, which consists of turkey, avocado, provolone, tomato, hummus, lettuce, red onion, cucumber, and yogurt dressing sauce. This wrap is amazing, I love it, and I am always kinda scared to try something different there because the wrap is always so reliably tasty. I always think, “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!” I do this at many restaurants, but I started to realize limiting myself may not be a great thing so now I am going to get out of my comfort zone when I go to my usual lunch and dinner places. I encourage you guys to do the same! I did not realize I do this until I was ordering my usual turkey wrap at True Foods today. When I ordered I noticed my dad was being adventurous and trying their new breakfast sandwich. The sandwich my dad got was amazing. It had an over-hard egg, manchego, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and turkey. The next time I go to True Foods I promise myself I will try something new! Also some tips and suggestions for True foods are to get the hummus appetizer and with sandwiches get the sweet potato and kale combo. If you have not gone to True Foods go right now because you are missing out on some amazing nutritious food!
